2. Who can Rent-to-own-cars.com.au help?

We rent to people from all walks of life. Some examples are:-
        - Pensioners or Cenrelink recipients
        - People with bad credit or a 'black mark' against their name
        - People going through a bad separation or divorce that has lead to financial hardship
        - People who can't get finance or insurance
        - Self employed people
        - and many others....

3. How does it work?

Rent to Own is very simple.  You simply rent the vehicle from us for a set amount of time (usually around 18 months) and at the end of the rental we give you the car to keep.

4.  What do I do next ?

(A) Go to our main site <CLICK HERE> and browse our current selection of cars.  Remember that our stock is changing all of    the time so if you can't see a car you like, give us a call as we might have something coming in that will suit your needs.

(B) Submit an enquiry from our main site <CLICK HERE> or call us on 1300 968 696.

(C) After we receive your enquiry, our consultants will contact you and talk you through a quick approval process.  This simply involves looking at your weekly income and expenses to see if you have enough available income to comfortably afford a weekly car payment..

(D) Once you have qualified we will usually deliver the car to your door within 24-48 hours. 

5.  What documents do I need to provide?

You will need to give us copies of your bank statement to verify your income and a copy of your valid drivers licence.

6.  How do I pay?

Your payments will be deducted by direct debit from your nominated bank account weekly or fortnightly on a day that suits you.  Unfortunately we do not offer Centrepay or cash deposits.

7. Is there an age limit?

Yes.  You must be over 21 years of age and have a full drivers license.

8.  What if I am involved in an accident?

Your car is covered by comprehensive insurance in the event of an accident. 

9.  What if my car breaks down and needs to be fixed ?

All of our cars are enrolled in the RACV for 24hour / 7 day roadside assistance.  In the event of an accident or breakdown, the RACV will assist in getting you and your car home.  We usually provide you with a replacement vehicle after such an event.
